About Tension Care Chiropractic
Care That Actually Feels Personal
Most people aren’t just looking for treatment; they’re looking for a doctor who cares.
The difference isn’t just in the tools or credentials; it’s in how care is delivered.
Our Philosophy
At Tension Care, neuromusculoskeletal care isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every patient is different. Where they hold their tension, how they heal, and what they need to get better.
That’s why every visit is built around three principles:
Personalized – Your care is tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.
Precise – Every adjustment, every movement, every recommendation is intentional.
Purposeful – “We focus on meaningful progress while also providing the relief you need along the way.”
What Makes Us Different
You won’t be rushed through appointments.
You won’t be put through the same routine as everyone else.
Instead, you’ll get:
Time to be heard and understood
A clear plan built specifically for you
Hands-on care that evolves as you improve
Because real results don’t come from doing more—they come from doing what actually works.
The Goal
The goal isn’t just to get you out of pain.
It’s to help you move better, feel better, and stay better.
Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, recovering from injury, or simply trying to function at a higher level; your care should reflect that.
The Tension Model
At Tension Care, we focus on one key question:
Where is tension lacking, and where is there too much?
When tension isn’t balanced, the body begins to compensate—often leading to pain, restriction, and dysfunction. This can present as headaches, neck and back pain, TMJ issues, and problems in the shoulders and extremities.
As part of your initial visit, you’ll undergo a comprehensive tension assessment to understand how your body is managing tension and where imbalances exist.
From there, care is focused on correcting those imbalances:
Adjustments, precise soft tissue work, and dry needling help reduce excessive tension and improve movement
Targeted rehabilitation helps reintroduce and build the right amount of tension and strength where it’s needed
By restoring proper tension, we allow the body to move, function, and perform the way it’s designed to.
